We offer two different room sizes to suit your needs. Our larger rooms can comfortably accommodate couples, should you wish to share. Rates are based on room size and are charged as a flat fee — meaning there’s no “à la carte” menu for individual services. Every resident enjoys one all-inclusive rate, regardless of the level of care needed (within the scope of our senior living home). Contact us for current pricing.

At Legacy Cove II, our base rates are comparable to other assisted living facilities — but the real value comes when you compare our all-inclusive pricing to others’ à la carte fees and additional care charges. One of the most important questions to ask during any facility tour is:
“What is your caregiver-to-resident ratio?”

In many assisted living communities, ratios can range from 1:10 to 1:20. This means that in a facility with 30 residents, there might be just two caregivers on duty to meet everyone’s needs. At Legacy Cove II, we maintain a daytime ratio of 1 caregiver for every 5 residents, and a nighttime ratio of 1 caregiver for every 8 residents — ensuring more personalized care and attention for your loved one.
